What is a support retainer?
It is a monthly agreement with a fixed fee. In exchange, we handle support, maintenance and monitoring of your technology all month, with no surprise charges per service.

Yes. We provide remote support anywhere in the world. Many issues are solved the same day, and when someone needs to be on-site, we coordinate the visit.

Can you recover data from a damaged drive?
In most cases, yes. We assess the drive, recover everything possible and recommend a backup system so it never happens again.
